Feeling better? What's next?

If you have read the previous days pages and you are still with me, and you have worked through the exercises, good for you!!! High five!!! You are AWESOME!!! I would bet that you are feeling tons better with what now seems like very little effert. Maybe for the first time in a long time, you are exeriencing hopefulness. Maybe you feel like you have a plan or a purpose that you didn't know about before.

Whatever you have gained in these short informative pages, there is still a lot more to be gained. First of all, you have to stay on top of what you've learned, because what you've learned here will continue to work in your life and help you grow and teach you. You have to practice it often in order to keep it. Just like your muscles: use it or lose it. You've come this far, why fall back now?

You also have to continue to grow, because growing and expanding is what keeps us going and moving in a positive direction. It gives us purpose. It gives us something to look forward to. It gives us a feeling of accomplishment and pride.

I can hardly remember what I felt like before all the work I put in towards helping myself feel better, but I remember it was a dark place, and I never want to go back. I now feel happy, self-assured, confident, and accomplished. Sure, sometimes life will happen and shake me up sometimes, but now I have the tools to pick myself back up again. And every shake up is a learning experience and I get something valuable from it. But I also continue to grow and to hone my skills and to learn about myself and about life. If I didn't, I would stagnate.

If I could get back all the time I wasted, I can't even imagine all the things I would've accopmlished by now. I have learned to stop doing things that waste my time, and do things that have purpose. Sure, I still take in a football game, still listed to music, and things that aren't accomplishing anything except making memories, but I try to make the best of all time that I am given.

One example of things I do to make the best of my time is in my one hour commute to work everyday, I often listen to audiobooks. I started with self-help audiobooks I borrowed from the library. My absolute favorites that I have listened to are Brian Tracy and Tony Robbins. Those two men have helped me more than I could ever thank them. My other favorites are Wayne Dyer and Louise Hayes. On my lunch, I like to listen to hypnotic audio files. I will eat a quick lunch, and get into a comfortable place that I can close my eyes and listen to the audio. I think I often fall asleep during them, but as soon as they are over, I feel so refreshed and so ready to get through the rest of my day. I have an awesome positive attitude.
